2023 Quality Month - Radio and Television Metrology was invited to attend the 6th Food High-quality Development Exchange Conference

On September 21, the 6th Food High-quality Development Exchange Conference was held at the Beijing Convention Center. The conference is one of the series of activities of the 2023 National Quality Month, hosted by China Quality Newspaper and China Quality News Network. Cao Xiaoyan, chief expert of the food industry of radio and television metrology, chief engineer of the Food and Agricultural Products Division, and researcher-level senior engineer, was invited to attend as a representative of technical experts from third-party testing institutions to share his experience in food safety control and service quality improvement.

In view of the quality and safety control of the supply chain, Cao Xiaoyan pointed out that the supply chain is an important part of the quality and safety management and risk control of the food industry, along with the reform of the government supervision model, enterprises should actively fulfill the main responsibility of food safety, with the help of artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing and other advanced technologies to build a food safety traceability system to strengthen the robustness of the supply chain.
